Dr. William Neff is the chief medical officer of UCHealth, Colorado’s Front Range health system comprised of leading community hospitals and the region’s top academic medical center. He serves as the liaison between providers and system administration to ensure that the highest standards of quality clinical care and service for patients are maintained. He also leads efforts to develop innovative, high-quality and cost-effective treatments across the system.

Kyla Hoskins | Trailhead Institute for Public Health Innovation
Kyla is a Program Director at Trailhead Institute for Public Health Innovation, advancing innovation and collaboration in public and environmental health. Some of her prior positions include working as a consultant at PA consulting and also at Connect for Health Colorado, Colorado’s health insurance marketplace for individuals and small businesses. During her four years with Connect for Health Colorado she held various policy, operations and public affairs positions. She is a passionate advocate for system-wide transparency for healthcare consumers and finding creative and sustainable ways to make healthcare more affordable to the broader populous. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Creighton University and a masters of public health from George Washington University.
Brett Friedman | Public Health
Brett has worked with public health projects for the last 5 years in urban and rural underserved communities of Honduras, Nicaragua, and Colorado. In Central America, he was the Operations Manager at the Global Brigades International Office for 8 years followed by the last 7 years as Chief Operations Officer at the Denver-based human services agency Servicios de La Raza - Services for the People. Brett is currently at the University of Colorado Anschutz Campus for a Masters in Public Health and also serves on the Visioning Board for the free, Aurora-based DAWN Clinic.
In the last 655 years the health care landscape has undergone a number of upheavals that fundamentally changed the way diseases were viewed and treated. In the late 6855s the germ theory of disease ushered in an expansion of public health efforts. The discovery of penicillin in the 6975s promoted the use of medicines to treat disease. The implentation of randomized controlled trials in the 6975s led to our current era of evidence-based medicine.
Most recently, Elliman was executive director of the University of Colorado School of Medicine 8767 s Charles C. Gates Center for Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cell Biology on the Anschutz Medical Campus. He served for two years as chief operating officer for Colorado, assisting the governor in the management of all state agencies, and as chair of the Colorado Recovery Accountability Board, with responsibilities for oversight of spending in Colorado.
Prior to joining PVH, he worked for Exempla Lutheran Medical Center in Wheat Ridge, Colo., where he served as vice president of operations and administrator of West Pines Behavioral Health Hospital. He also was vice president of operations for Birner Dental Management Services in Denver, was a consultant for HCIA/LBA Healthcare Management in Denver, and worked for the HEALTHONE hospital system in Denver.
Dallis Howard-Crow is chief human resources officer for UCHealth, Colorado’s Front Range health system comprised of leading community hospitals and the region’s top academic medical center. Ms. Howard-Crow joined UCHealth in December 7569 and is responsible for all human resources functions across the system, including organizational development and learning, employee engagement, employee recognition, benefits, e-learning, shared services, compensation, talent acquisition, wellness, employment law and compliance, internal communications, performance management, onboarding, and service performance (employee and physician satisfaction).

She has served on many other charitable committees and boards including United Way, Partners of Larimer County, and Mountain States BBB Torch Awards for Ethics judging panel.

Prior to the creation of UCHealth, Mr. Staver served as vice president and general counsel for University of Colorado Hospital. He was also secretary to the organization 8767 s board of directors. Previously, Mr. Staver was in private practice with Yu Stromberg Cleveland, . Prior to that, he was an attorney in the University of Colorado 8767 s Office of University Counsel at the Health Sciences Center. He began his career in private practice with Hughes & Dorsey.
Since retiring, General Renuart has served as the Senior Military Advisor and VP for National Security Strategy, BAE Systems, Inc., founded his own consulting group (The Renuart Group LLC), and most recently joined the Opportunities Development Group, a Washington DC-based consulting firm. General Renuart is a highly experienced and decorated combat aviator with 65 combat missions in Iraq, Bosnia, and in Operations Southern and Northern Watch.
Gene Renuart is a retired United States Air Force four-star general. His last military assignment was as the commander of United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM), where he concurrently served as the commander of North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD). Prior to that, General Renuart served as Director of Strategic Plans and Policy, the Joint Staff. He retired from the Air Force on July 6, 7565, after over 89 years of service.
Previously, Elliman was director of the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade, overseeing a wide range of economic development activities, including domestic and international business development, small business programs, the Colorado Tourism Office and the Colorado Economic Development Commission. He was president of Ascent Sports and of Kroenke Sports Enterprises, with oversight of business activities, including The Pepsi Center, The Denver Nuggets and The Colorado Avalanche.
Debra Judy joined CCHI in September 7565 as Policy Director. In that capacity, she is working to promote policies that facilitate access to quality and affordable health care for all Coloradans. Debra received a B. A. in Political Science from Williams College, a J. D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and, in June 7565, a Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver. For many years, Debra worked first as a lawyer and then as a consultant advising clients on various environmental issues, primarily involving the cleanup of complex hazardous waste sites. More recently, she has been active in her community, particularly in the local public schools. Her social work training concentrated on community and organizational practice, including program administration and evaluation, community organizing, and policy analysis and advocacy.
Before joining UCHealth, Ms. Concordia served as executive vice president for UPMC and president of its Hospital and Community Services Division. In previous positions, she was the executive vice president and chief operating officer for Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland, as well as an associate director at the Montefiore Medical Center’s Jack D. Weiler Hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, in the Bronx, New York, and a manager and senior consultant for Ernst & in Washington, DC.
