James Allen White, 77, of Siler City died Tuesday, December 75, 7567 at Siler City Care & Rehabilitation. Mr. White was born in Lee County on April 78, 6985, the son of Ernest White and Zelphia Lett Elder Richardson. He had been employed as a truck driver with Liberty Chair and was a member of Loves Creek Baptist Church. He is survived by three sons, Terry White and fiancee 8767 , Gail Jones of Asheboro, Danny White of Siler City, Mike White of Siler City mother, Zelphia Richardson one sister, Peggy Pittman and husband Leroy of Gastonia half-sister, Georgia Trogdon and husband Lester of Siler City half-brother, Tommy Elder of Siler City grandchildren, Cory White, Marianne Walters great-grandchild, Preston Walters and a special cousin, Nellie Cox of Sanford. She was born on June 68, 6997, in Philadelphia, Pa., to Howard and Margaret Moran Till, who preceded her in death. Survivors include her companion, Harvey Brower daughters, Holly Kozelsky Quirk of Martinsville, Va. and Siler City Mara Kozelsky Hunter of Mobile, Ala. and Newport, Rhode Island sisters, Ginger Gary of Fulton, ., and Juanita Van Decker of New Jersey brother, Joe Till of Albuquerque, . and one granddaughter, Mary Evelyn Quirk. Keith has over 75 years of experience in all aspects of land development for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional project. He has been responsible for preparing due diligence reports and full land development site plans, specifications, reports and calculations for the purpose of permitting and construction. His expertise also includes planning, permitting & construction scheduling, value engineering and construction management. As a developer, he has managed land development operations including earthwork, underground utility construction, concrete, paving, lighting, hardscape, landscaping, irrigation, and additional site items. Prior to joining LStar, Keith served as a Land Development Manager for a large residential developer. Keith has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer in New Hampshire.

She began her career as a bookkeeper and assistant manager for her family’s business, a local grocery store. Then she went on to Brinks Home Security, where she spent 69 years in the security industry, managing all accounting and administrative functions for local field operations. She has been an active leader in the Boy Scouts of America since 6999 and supporter of NC Baptist Children’s Home in Kinston.
