In the event however, that this is not the case, you should report the delayed or damaged baggage to a member of the Tigerair Australia ground services team prior to leaving the airport. To the extent permitted by law, Tigerair Australia does not accept liability for fragile, valuable, perishable articles or baggage, which are packed in damaged or unsuitable containers or for damage to external fixtures such as handles and wheels etc.
You have the right to cancel your private car policy at any time. If you or we cancel your private car insurance policy at any time we will charge you on a proportionate basis on either the period of cover you have received or the miles you have used, whichever amount is the higher. If your policy is cancelled and an in-tele-box has not been fitted to your car, the cancellation fee will be £ 85. If your policy is cancelled and an in-tele-box has already been fitted to your car, or had been fitted to a car you previously insured with us, the cancellation fee will be £ 85. These charges will be subject to Insurance Premium Tax where applicable. In the event of cancellation the box will remain in your car but it is permanently disabled by us remotely. If you wish you may request for it to be removed.

Any of the original Policy Miles that are unused will not be credited to the next Period of Policy Cover, and there is no financial exchange for any unused miles.
